The no-code platform makes app development much easier, and Android publishing was a smooth experience. However, the iOS publishing process is considerably more complicated and could be made much simpler, especially for users working without a Mac. Better real-time technical support and a simpler iOS publishing workflow would significantly improve the overall experience. Pros Android publishing was easy and straightforward. No-code development is a major advantage. Customer support through email is good, and the overall features are useful and easy to understand. Pros Great value for the money and the product does indeed deliver on what it promises. Moreover, for the times when I needed customer support, it has been a very positive experience...timely and helpful in resolving my issues. Cons For some reason I thought, since I have the version that includes publishing the app, I thought the Android publishing process would be the same as the Apple one. Apple does a complete publishing of the build files, but unless I did something wrong, Android you still had to upload the files yourself, unlike the case with Apple. It provided a practical way to create and manage a mobile app without committing to a full custom development process. The platform is easy to navigate, the setup process is well structured, and changes can be tested quickly. For businesses that already have a website and want to establish a mobile presence efficiently, I think it offers a very good balance between ease of use, customization, and cost. Pros AppMySite makes it surprisingly easy to turn an existing website into a functional mobile app without having to build everything from scratch. The no-code workflow is straightforward, and most of the setup can be completed without technical knowledge. I think this has to be one of the most important things for any platform like this...the support has to be really strong and the knowledgebase has to be top notch. When it is...customers will truly appreciate it. Pros It's straightforward and easy to access the various aspects of each project. It also offers multiple pathways to achieve a satisfactory app "feel." It provides a reasonably good value for money. Cons Though it has improved over time, I feel the preview/emulation tools are sometimes inaccurate which can cause wasted time chasing an issue that may not be an issue. I also feel some of the UI could be improved (e.g., the Downlads" area is confusing). I also wish the updates were less opaque. For example, a recent issue with Google Play required an update that addressed the devices that were compatible (APIs), but the AMS interface didn't make clear that the new version would/would not address those requirements. We published our Android doctor app to Google Play and have iOS running with push notifications β€” all from our existing web product. The main friction came from an architectural limitation: switching app modes requires a new project and breaks your existing keystore, which in a production Play Store context is a serious issue. Their support team resolved it, but it cost us time during a pre-launch phase. If you plan your project mode correctly from day one, the platform is solid. If you need to restructure mid-way, expect to depend on their support to recover your signing chain. Pros We used AppMySite to publish the doctor-facing shell app for SaludChat, a WhatsApp-based medical teleorientation platform. The web-to-URL mode let us wrap our Next.js web app into a native Android and iOS app without any mobile development. The iOS build with push notifications worked correctly, and the Android app was published to Google Play without issues once the keystore problem was resolved. Support was the real standout β€” when we hit a critical signing mismatch, they manually aligned the keystore from our original project (App ID \[sensitive content hidden\]) to our new one (App ID \[sensitive content hidden\]) so we could keep the same Play Store listing. Cons We originally started with WordPress mode and later needed to switch to URL/WebView mode to point to our web app. AppMySite requires creating a completely new project for this β€” there's no in-place migration. Since the signing keystore is held server-side and tied to the project, the new project generated a different keystore, which broke our Google Play signing chain. We had to open a support ticket and wait for them to manually fix the SHA1 mismatch between both App IDs. This should be a self-serve option, not a support escalation. But they help us a lot!
